I’m really excited for this episode because we’re gonna be talking about talents and how to turn them into strengths and to discuss that I invited over the official strengths coach of the Passionate Creators Community, a community that I am a part of – whose mission is to help like-minded passionate individuals to ignite their fire to pursue their life’s work and market it the right way. This community is all about inspiring and activating that passion and purpose inside of you.

Coach Ron Magsalin is a Gallup-certified Strengths coach and a registered financial planner. He is a former OFW who worked in Emirates Airlines as a Senior Cabin Crew before he joined the insurance industry as Financial Advisor. Currently, he's on a mission to people to discover their talents and to guide them on how to utilize those strengths in various facets of their life such as career, finance, and relationships, among others.
