In this episode of The Stronger You Podcast, I’m opening up about my personal journey from feeling completely stuck in an unhealthy lifestyle to becoming someone who prioritizes strength, movement, and self-worth.

There was a time in my life when I didn’t recognize the woman in the mirror. I was tired, unhappy, irritable, and stuck in a story that told me I wasn’t someone who worked out, ate well, or took care of herself. It took hitting a breaking point—and deciding to fully commit to change—for everything to shift.

I share with you what it really looked like to begin changing my identity from someone who didn’t believe she could change, to someone who now feels confident, strong, and in control of her health and happiness.

In this episode, you’ll learn:
