Have you ever had an amazing opportunity land in your lap without even trying? Or have you desperately hustled for a goal, only to watch it slip further away?
In this episode, we're diving deep into the powerful force of personal magnetism. You'll learn:
I share my own personal stories of both magnetic alignment (like being offered a job in a Bangkok aromatherapy shop without asking) and energetic resistance (like the business I hustled for that ultimately failed).
If you're ready to trade force for flow and make magnetism your default setting, this episode is your guide.

What if your period is your secret strategic advantage?
For decades, I saw my cycle as an inconvenience. I was put on the pill at 15, told to "control" it, and taught to hide it away.
I silenced my body's wisdom before I ever learned its language.
In this episode, I'm sharing my journey from shame to power and how I learned to see my cyclical nature not as a weakness, but as my greatest source of creativity and intuition.
We talk about:
The cultural lie of feminine inferiority.
The 4 seasons of your cycle (Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn) and how to work with them.
Practical ways to honor your rhythm and protect your energy.
How this shift can reduce pain and end the fight with your body.
It’s time to reclaim your body’s genius. Tune in to learn how.

I sat front-row at my son’s school show, blood barely contained through the gauze and clapping through pain, believing this proved my love.
Hours later, an ER doctor said four words that cut deeper than my fall: “I can see your bone.”
This episode is a raw confession about how we sometimes parent from childhood scars, not wisdom, and I experienced this, that day. Why "toughing it out" is trauma in disguise. And how we accidentally teach our kids to abandon themselves when we refuse to heal.
You’ll walk away with:
Clues on how to spot when fear (not love) drives your parenting choices
Why adressing emotional scars is as vital as stitching wounds
shifts to parent from wholeness, not inherited pain
For every parent who’s ever:
Cancelled self-care for a "mom/dad emergency"
Felt guilt for needing rest
Worried they’re repeating family patterns

After learning of my dear friend’s passing, I chose to share my raw, unfolding grief with you because I believe loss is a universal yet deeply personal journey.
What I want to highlight is that there is no rulebook for how to grieve. While cultural or societal norms may shape expectations, I’ve found that honoring your body’s needs... whether through laughter, tears, solitude, or movement - is what matters most.
Grief isn’t linear. You might rage, laugh, or shut down. You might need quiet or community. Whatever you choose, it’s valid.
Your body is your compass. If you’re grieving, know there’s no “should.”
Listen to what feels supportive in each moment. Your way is sacred, and love endures even in loss. You’re not alone.

Welcome to a new series about Nutrition! 🥳🥑 Now, before we dive in, let me be clear: I'm not a nutritionist, nor do I hold any authority in this field. I'm just a 40-year-old woman (wife & mom) sharing my experience with you. Having lived across various cultures and struggled with low self-confidence for much of my life, I've spent decades navigating my relationship with food. I started dieting at the tender age of 10, believing I would never be "good enough." Food often became a substitute for many things I didn't understand at the time... Today, I’m convinced that every experiment and every moment of hurt has led me to a more profound understanding of health and well-being. This channel is primarily for me, but I hope it resonates with at least one other person out there. In a world where the U.S. weight loss market is valued at over $21 billion, we're bombarded with messages urging us to spend money on weight loss programs, meal plans, pills, and miracle teas. I've bought into that for far too long, and to some extent, I still do. However, my intentions have shifted. I'm no longer focusing solely on weight loss; instead, I'm committed to embracing a healthier lifestyle. For me, weight loss is a pleasant side effect of prioritizing my health. This shift in perspective is everything. Sending you love! Want to follow me on instagram? https://www.instagram.com/joelle.smaniotto/
Hey everyone,
In this spontaneous episode, I’m opening up about what’s currently happening in my life. I’m dealing with an injury that has prompted me to reflect on an important issue: how often we say we’re okay when we’re not.
There’s real strength in acknowledging our struggles out loud, and that's exactly what I'm doing today. I hope that no matter what you’re facing, you have a supportive network where you can be your true self. Take care!
