
At one point in our lives (or several points in our lives), we have let something or someone affect our mood. From someone getting your order wrong, to someone cutting you off in traffic, ext.... The list of things that can ruin your mood go on. Many of these things are inevitable, so what do we do when we are faced with these situations? We usually think about them...for hours, or for a day, a week or months! The worst part is that we let these moments dictate how we feel.
