So on this episode I am tasting some Garrison Bros Bourbon, and taking about my favorite thing from Texas, the music of Blues Legend Stevie Ray Vaughan. I also talk about some books and videos to help get you in to his music.

This week is another week of my new journey in to the area of mental health. On the lighterside though, it is my favorite time of year for drinking, Scotch-Tober. So on this episode I'm tasting some Scotch, and giving a recap on what exactly this magical Whisky is. I also talk about a shit talking Instagram influencer, and recommend a great new television show, Task. This is a good one.

On this weeks episode, I am talking about something very serious, something kind of silly, and some music with substance. First off, my journey in to the world of mental health has begun after being diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks. Then I get into something very New England, Maple Whiskies. And finally, an oh shit moment for me, and the book and music that has been a huge help through the beginning of this mental health journey. Its the music of David Byrne and The Talking Heads. This episode is alot, but it might be the one I am the most proud of. If you like what I am doing here, go to the podcast page, click the follow button and give it a rating. So, at the last minute, I got my friend Glen to come back so that I could tell him all about it. So we taste through some amazing Whiskey while talk about some oh shit moments is music history. As always, we had a lot of fun

This week I got to do one of the things I really enjoy doing, and that is talk about music. So I got my friend Glen to join me, and we tasted a bunch of Bottled in Bond Bourbons and talked about bands, deciding if they were overrated, underrated, or rated perfectly. Its only our opinions, and not a declaration of fact, so listen for yourself.

It's hard to believe that I've gotten here, but this is my 200th published podcast episode. So on this this episode, I reflect a bit back on the almost 4 years that I have been doing this. Im also tasting one of my favorite fall flavors, Irish Whiskey, with the Readbreast 12, 15, and Lustau editions. Thank you to all of you that have been part of this journey, and for inspiring me to keep doing this.

After taking a week off I am back with what suppose to be a short episode that ran a little bit longer. I am talking about new favorite distillery of mine, the one that makes Malort, and tasting some of the really interesting products that they are producing. Im also talking about a show that was recommended to me, that is just like Malort, it puts a bad taste in your mouth, but you still want more or it.

I know i said I was done for the summer, but sometimes inspiration just strikes, and it struck again this week. So this week, I'm doing something that I haven't done in a long time, review a new Bourbon release. Im tasting the new Elijah Craig Ryder Cup release, and it is fantastic. Im also talking about one of my favorite music movies from the '80s, Eddie And The Cruisers. It's a fun watch with great actors and a killer soundtrack.

I know i said I was done for the summer, but sometimes inspiration just strikes, and you've got to go with it. So this episode is a quick review of 3 different blackberry flavored Whiskies from Starlight, Jack, and Crown. Also, I discovered some amazing music from Jocelyn and Chris Ardnt that I just had to share.

This is it,the final episode of the summer. So, this week I decided to share some of my origin stories about how spirits became something that I connected with people over. Along the way, I'm tasting some special samples that customers I've connected with have shared with me. This is the episode I've been wanting to do for a long time.

This episode ended up being a much more important one to me than I thought it would. It's a second recording of me talking about Amaros and Bitter Liqueurs that almost became a third recording. But after doubting myself, I finally accepted what I had done, which is pair Amaros with Elvis Costello songs. It may not be for everyone, but it is me. If it's not for you, I get it.

Every time I think I'm done talking about Tequilla, the gift that keeps on giving gives again. So this week, after a couple big announcements happened, I took a bit more of a journalistic approach , and tried to stay away from my usual outbursts. It ended being an episode that I am proud of for sure.

Better late than never. Between the heat and my health, it took a little bit longer to get this episode out, but here we are. This week I'm talking about some bottles that I have picked up in recent travels, why those bottles have meaning to me, and seeing the absolute legend, Buddy Guy at Hampton Beach.

After talking about Tequilla and trolling people on Instagram, I decided I wanted to switch it up this week. And with the weather being so nice, I started to feel like Gin season was upon us. So this week, I'm tasting some gins and talking about a few movies that I have watched lately. 1 was uplifting, 1 was emotional, and one was a completely WTF moment. Turned out to be a fun episode.

This is the episode I didn't expect to do, but I think I always needed to. When I heard someone say recently that Vodka has no purpose, shouldn't exist, and is a waste of Agave when it's used to make it, I took that as inspiration. So this week I am talking about the point and purpose of vodka, while defending it's use. I really enjoyed this one.
