7. Staying Consistent, Motivated and True to Yourself: Behind the scenes of a 60lb weight loss journey while working full time, planning a wedding and remaining transparent on social media
This week we are joined by Cynthia Rendon. Cynthia is a full time dental hygienist who is also currently planning her wedding. During COVID she gained a little over 30lbs and took on some unhealthy habits. When her office opened back up and she saw a picture of herself she knew she needed to change the way she felt about herself.
Cynthia started with at home workouts and moved her way up to strength training 5-6x a week in a gym. She just won $5,000 from Mari Llewellyn's Slay Challenge for her incredible transformation. Cynthia started to post on social media as a way to hold herself accountable for her actions and has created an incredible community along the way.
Be sure to follow her on Instagram at @fitw.cyn to continue with her on her journey.
