"What other people might or might not think about you is none of your business" My friend Bianca told me this once. And I have thought about it so many times. The last week I've listened to different people struggling with the same challenge, assumptions about what other people might think.
This is hindering growth, potential and important perspectives and knowledge to be shared. It is time to liberate yourself and others. When you are authentic, you automatically give other people the space to be authentic too.
