On International Podcast Day, I wanted to bring a sense of community to The Shayari Teller - I wanted to bring a sense of 'We'ness, a sense of 'Hum'. It is no coincidence, really, that as a run-up to this episode you have heard 'Jazbaatein' and 'Hum' because I could even call this episode 'Humaaree Jazbaatein', :D Tonight, I am excited and how to find myself introducing a fresh voice, a fresh perspective through this old, old soul who I like to call 'The Kabir of Our Times'... I have been wanting to get to the point where every podcast episode sounds like I am sending you a personalised WhatsApp voice note! And since I owe you an apology and deserve to demand some long-due attention, here it is, the perfect occasion to dole out this double dose of heart-to-heart experimental Shayari, minus the music and minus the this and the that!

I have recently entered my 30s and decided to actively slow things down a little. Decided to take my own sweet time with Episode 6, primarily because I had shut The Shayari Teller Shop for what I have come to call 'Spiritual Maintenance'.
