Today I am joined by Jasmin from Conscious Sexuality. Jasmin (she/her) is a Sexuality Coach and helps women find more pleasure and have better sex through reconnecting to their bodies. She supports women who experience painful intimacy, shame or religious conditioning, mum life and communication issues. Her own journey led her to exploring sexuality & connection to self and through this Jasmin has learnt why sexuality needs to be conscious. She has trained under Morgan Day Cecil in the Feminine Wholeness Method Certification and Tanya Koens "Navigating Intimate Pain" course.

Jasmin also runs workshops in order to teach you how to speak to your kids about sex.
