Monika Dziuba is an independent dairy veterinarian that works with farms in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. Her work on farm focuses on milk quality and parlor efficiency evaluations, calf health and management, and in Spanish employee training. She is a 2023 graduate from Michigan State University and went to practice in the central valley of California before returning to her home state of Michigan and starting her own business, Dairy MD. With Dairy MD, Monika works with farms of all sizes to work as a part of the team where she works with the employees and performance over time to improve the productivity and profitability of farms. Monika's goal is to help dairies achieve their goals and improve daily operations in a way that each farm can customize with their wants and needs.

Sophia Cronebaugh is the second eldest of the 6th Generation of the Cronebaugh Family. She is finishing up her Freshman year at Tuscarawas Central Catholic School District. Striving to be a veterinarian, Sophia excels at academics at school while also participating in many sports such as track and field along with basketball. 4-H, shoot trap and helping out at the family businesses are also ways Sophia spends her time.

Jon is the older of the Jones brothers being born first. Like Don, Jon attended Ashland University and graduated with a degree in Special Education Degree. The Jones brothers started their equipment business just as they graduated high school. Jon started off teaching at Claymont School District as a severe behavior students. He then moved onto Union Local School District and finished his teaching career as an Agriculture Teacher. Jon then moved to full time at the family business at the equipment dealership.

David Mageean is co owner and co operator of Annie G's Dairy in Ann Arbor, Michigan (or State Up North if you are an Ohioan). A native of Ireland, David earned a degree in engineering but has always had a passion for cows. He specialized in dairy cattle artificial insemination, managing reproduction services in Ireland, New Zealand and the US. After marrying his wife, Dr. Kat, they returned to her family farm outside of Ann Arbor. They soon transitioned Dr. Kat's home farm into a grazing, robotic milking dairy farm. Dr. Kathryn Miller is a mixed animal veterinarian and owner of Rocking KM Veterinary Services in Kansas, USA. After graduating from Kansas State veterinary school, Dr. Miller interned in equine surgery. Dr. Miller shifted gears after her internship and soon purchased her business and went in to private practice ownership. Kathryn and her associates have provided great veterinary care to all animals from dogs and cats to horses and cattle of the Rocking KM Veterinary Service region.

Brenna "Bob" Beard is a 6th generation farmer and territory manager for Corteva Agrisciences in Central Indiana. Brenna showed pigs and lambs throughout her youth and even was a member of the Junior Board of Directors for the National Junior Swine Association. After earing her degree in Agriculture Business from Purdue University, Brenna worked for DuPont Pioneer as a territory manager in North Dakota. Scott Specht and his family are celebrating 100 years on the family farm in Sugarcreek, Ohio. Scott is 4th generation to be a part of the family farm. The Spechts milk over 300 Holstein cows and some ProCross cows with Lely A5 Robots. Scott has an Associates Degree in Dairy Herd Management from THE Ohio State University ATI.

Dr. Max Thornsberry is a retired food animal veterinarian from Missouri. In addition to his years of practice in the Missouri countryside, Dr. Thornsberry has been apart of sales for Milk Specialties Global, served as the R-CALF USA Presedent and is currently the Animal Health Committee Chair the R-CALF USA organization. Colonel Nicole Malachowski (USAF, Retired) was born in Santa Maria, CA and graduated high school in Las Vegas, NV. She earned her commission from the United States Air Force Academy in 1996 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a minor in French. Following graduation she attended Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) at Columbus AFB, MS and began her career as pilot. Competitively selected to fly combat aircraft, she embarked on an adventure among the first group of women to fly fighter aircraft. Among Colonel Malachowski's many achievements she also had the honor of serving in several special duty assignments. One of those great assignments was being selected to fly as Thunderbird #3 with the USAF Air Demonstration Squadron and was the first woman to fly on any Department of Defense military jet demonstration team. Nicole’s successful military career ended prematurely, as she was medically retired from service due to the impact of late stage, neurological, Tick Borne Illness. As a newly minted Wounded Warrior in the Air Force Wounded Warrior Program, she relishes any opportunity to talk about her medical journey and gains energy from educating others about the growing Tick Borne Illness epidemic.
