Stand-up Comedian, author and mental health advocate Dave Chawner joined me on the show to share his eye opening story talking openly about his battle with the eating disorder Anorexia. The way Dave speaks about Anorexia and eating disorders is eye opening and not as I first imagined. Being a comedian and mental health advocate, this was a very entertaining yet deep episode where we discussed everything from dogs, to veganism,  to life-changing books. Dave is doing some great things and currently working on not only his own comedy but also a comedy course to help and inspire other's.
