Ironman is over!
This week the boys throats are a little worse for wear after supporting you lot in Ironman Wales on Sunday.
Back to running, and this week we welcome Hannah Irwin on for a chat!

This week the boys deliver a fly-by episode and dip into Niki's trip to Nice, France to support friends in the Ironman World Championships and Gareth breaks down Swansea 10K.
They also look ahead at this weekends' Ironman Tenby and answer community questions!

This week the boys look back at their last week of running, including a sensational last hit out for Gareth at the Run4All 5K series, taking 4 minutes off of his first race, and Niki's 75 minutes at Bridgewater, chalking up another PB to add to his 5K and 10K this year!
They are also joined by Sean Casey. Seans' life has been nothing if not surreal and to add to his list of achievements he is now ready to take on Berlin Marathon after diving into running under the guidance of our friend Mick Fox.
Top chat. Top episode. Top boys.

The boys are back for another week, and this time we are joined by Leigh Wallis.
A motorcross champion in his teens, followed by a long hiatus from competitive sports until he discovered running and inevitable, triathlon!
After completing Ironman Wales a few times, and understanding the physical demands, Leigh was struggling to find his mental breaking point. And then, the 444 Challenge was born.
4 Iron distance triathlons, in 4 days across 4 countries. That might just do it.

This week the boys sat down with our friend Carly Stone!
Carly has experienced sensational growth over the past few years, culminating in a start to 2025 that has seen her knock down PBs across several distances and secured International honours in a Welsh vest!
Not bad for someone that started off in music school!

This week the boys are joined by the wizard behind some of the finest running content of the last 12 months, Conall Whelan.
We talk about him growing up in Ireland, some really fast times racing without ever really committing, his dreams to return to racing on the trails and obviously his leap into full time content!
The boys also recap their recent 5K races, Gareth's fundraising so far and their triathlon commentary debut!

This week it's just the boys as they answer community questions.
No guest this week as we have had a load of new followers recently so wanted to give them a chance to catch up with us and get to know us a bit better!
You all ask some weird questions.

This week the boys are joied by another Roadent, and this time is the gentleman himself, Tom Baird.
We discuss Tom's journey into running, from Northern Ireland to Cardiff, side stepping Jacob Stockdale and of course, the Tonypandy Track Classic!

Big news in The Runs camp this week as Gareth finally gets the nod for London Marathon 2026!
The boys were in good company this week to ride the London wave, as Lucy Jones joins them for a chat about her 2:30 in London this year, and everything either side of it.
London Baby!

The boys touchdown with old friend Matt Watkins, better known as Hotwings.
A standard Welsh Valleys schooling in sport kept him active through school before a 9 year hiatus saw him turn to running. Now a seasoned marathoner, with plenty more in the tank!
It was class to catch up with him, and we will be joining him on Barry Park Run soon!

This week the boys sat down with a man that has taken the social media World by storm.
Pedz is more familiar behind the decks transitioning tunes than he is getting out of the soup and jumping on a bike, but here we are!
Like many, inspired to try out multisport after a day down Tenby watching everyone attempt to slay the dragon at IMW. Fast foward a few months and his turn to be on the other side and cheered on as he takes on Ironmans' 70.3 distance at Swansea.
Listen up as we see how this journey unfolded and just what the last 9 months have felt like!

It's the one after Welsh Castles Relay!
What an advert for running. What an advert for proper running. Proper racing. Proper runners. Just fucking running. For the badge. For that person next to you.
There was never going to be any other bio was there?

This week we sat down with a newbie to the South Wales running community, Liv Law.
Liv left the UK as a swimmer at a young age for life in Vancouver and has now returned a runner!
Although no stranger to the roads, Liv's true love is the trails, so landing in Port Talbot worked out well for her! Ok, it's not quite Canada, but at least she has Francos on her doorstep!

The boys are making up for lost time and banging out two episodes in a week!
We reached out to Cole before he dropped a 2:16 marathon debut and London, and finally got a chance to sit down and have a chat!
It was never going to be all about London, and we chart Cole's rise from anchoring the school relay team in year 5 for his first taste of running right through to right now, and what's next.
We also spoke about rice pudding, obviously.

The boys are back!
After a week of while Niki explored the Balkans we are back with Emily Marchant!
Em has been on before, but she has sandwiched so much in to the 14 months since we had to catch back up!

This week the boys are joined by Nathan Canning!
The boys stumbled across Nathan through Instagram reels, when he booked a week off to run from his home in Banbury, up to the top of Mount Snowdon and back!
The boys also dismantle some of the communities biggest running icks along the way!
Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
You might recognise them from their Welsh humour skits across social media, but the Polson twins are pretty handy when it comes to keeping fit!
We caught up with the boys and spoke about their journey into the running and fitness World, looking at future plans, and their brand Strive.
Enjoy!
