Sarah Lambert is a dedicated therapist and business coach who helps women break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and trying to be everything to everyone. Growing up in an environment where love felt tied to achievement, Sarah struggled with self-worth, anxious attachment, and the need to always be achieving. Through her own journey of deep self-exploration and values-based growth, she discovered the freedom of embracing her authentic self, which she has evolved into aligned leadership. Today, Sarah leads a thriving group practice that offers talk therapy, somatic therapy, and art therapy, as well as coaching and community workshops. She is passionate aboutempowering women to reconnect with their emotions, reclaim their power, and create lives that are aligned with their true values.
