Episode 16 introduces Alan McCollum, a retired Naval Officer who started running in 2008 and went on to run 19 full marathons (including a 50k & 56k) and 29 half marathons among other races. He is also a member of the Seven Continents club, having run a full marathon in all 7 continents, and a team member at Point 2 Running Company in charge of group runs where he loves helping runners of all age groups and fitness levels. Alan’s shares his story and how he’s made the best of his experiences.
