Harmless AKA Chris Harms to take a deep dive into his rehab process after undergoing a Tommy John Brace and Repair surgery.
I had the privilege of overseeing his throwing protocols coming back from the surgery as well as a bit of his training. And to say it was a super dope experience for me personally would be an understatement. Really proud of the kid for the continuous effort he put in day in n day out! And now we’re starting to see all that work behind the curtain
