After surviving his encounter with the Brotherhood thanks to the help of Captain Vasker and local revolutionaries Aurrente returns to his comfortable apartment to prepare for the next party where much of his actual espionage work is done. Also features correspondence between the local revolutionaries and their supporters in the distant country of Hanniria, who have shunned by the international community for their radical politics, and an article from the Corraban Star on the arrival of King-General Selles Castor, one of the Three Emperors who are vying for control of the city.
