This is a platform where I can reflect on all of the lessons I've learned about athleticism since becoming a coach in life-after-sport and what I want to take forward with me as I fully step into my identity as a lifelong athlete. My hope is that a young athlete hears this and learns the lessons I so desperately wish I could tell my younger self, while an older athlete is able to take the lessons and apply it to their life, knowing it isn't too late.
