Spotlight: Conversations with people who have useful information around eating disorders


Emma from Soulfully You Reflexology, in a nutshell is a Reflexologist who offers treatments, mini retreats and 1-2-1 neurodiverse coaching with a twist.


She grew up with epilepsy until she underwent brain surgery in 2004.


She is a recently diagnosed Autistic and ADHD person with a Neurodiverse family. 


Emma has been on a huge transitional rollercoaster journey, gaining lots of experience and understanding around neurodiversity and has helped many of her clients navigate their own discovery process as well as helping them navigate their child’s developmental journey.


She has worked with many women through a multitude of life changes from becoming a mother , parenthood to peri- menopause, menopause and post menopause. 


It is Emma's passion to understand and support people through many of life’s trials but ultimately in the becoming of accepting their true self and all their magical gifts.


Emma works in the outdoors from a bell tent, surrounded by nature and the singing of birds and the warmth and glow of a log burner. 


This setting meets many people’s specific needs because they have a chance to breathe, pause and relax whilst facing life and all its challenges, but with support and kindness.
