Welcome back to The Real Talk Podcast. In today’s episode I respond to another anonymous submission sent in via the anonymous suggestion box set up for the podcast. Today’s submission asks about goal setting and my approach to it. Not only that but how I manage my limits and follow through with the goals I set. How do I stay consistent? I go into detail being up-front and honest about how imperfect the process is and how you just need to find what works for you. No two people approach challenges the same way, we just do the best we can and proceed forward. Later sharing some thoughts on my current goals and why I only really care to succeed for one reason.
