An exploration of Embodied Emotional Intelligence. Join Alexander Technique teacher Sue Merry as she guides you through some simple strategies that can help make your experience of being human more pleasant.

These techniques are based on Sue's unique approach to the Alexander Technique devised by over 30 years of working with children and adults. Although based on Alexander work the techniques you will learn and the areas you will explore have evolved from the fusion of many other disciplines that beautifully complement the principles of Alexander work.

This work is tried and tested by Sue and other teachers. It offers you simple and practical ways to enhance and develop emotional intelligence. Sue will also explain why emotional intelligence is crucially important and largely diminished in the world as it is at the moment.
