All Or Nothing: AEW “All In 2025” Predictions and Preview | Ep. 38
Everything could change this Saturday afternoon. Not only are titles up for grabs, but so are key executive positions that play integral parts in AEW’s storylines. Hear why our team is unified in picking Mercedes Moné to add the biggest prize yet to her collection of belts—the AEW Women’s Championship—and beat “Timeless” Toni Storm.

The ROWP crew is divided when it comes to the men’s World Heavyweight Championship. Titleholder Jon Moxley has managed to retain his belt in the most punishing matches during his reign. But with Hangman Adam Page willing to push the limits of cruelty in a vicious Texas Death Match, most of us feel that Mox may be too battle-weary to pull out a victory. Still, there’s one in our family who believes the leader of the Death Riders will ride off into the sunset as the victor.

Saturday also features marquee matchups including a unification clash between AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada and AEW International Champion Kenny Omega. Not to be outdone, Swerve Strickland and Will Ospreay are back on the same page as they take on The Young Bucks with EVP titles on the line.

We break down the entire card and tell you who we think will win and why. Tune in now

Big Sh** Poppin: The Monday Night Raw (July 7, 2025) Review and Recap | Ep. 37
Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed finally got some mic time and backed it all the way up in the ring.  But it was the ladies who wound up getting a huge chunk of attention this week. Hear why the ROWP family feel like the upcoming PLE deserves a way better build up with booking.

Then things really get heated as we debated how WWE is handling Jade Cargil.  One of the guys think being a Tag Team Champion, having a marquee match at this past WrestleMania, being crowned Queen of The Ring recently and having a singles World Title Match in August at Summer Slam is not enough.

Plus, did the last confrontation before Saturday’s Main Event between Gunther and Goldberg fall flat, or are we all hyped now for their clash? We tell you if this was the final push WWE needed to sell us on the match—or if the momentum is floundering.

What U Gon’ Do: “Monday Night Raw” and “Dynamite” Recaps & Reviews | Ep. 36
As everyone enjoys the July 4th holiday, we’re keeping you plugged into what’s going down in WWE and AEW.

AEW Dynamite

It looked like Mercedes Moné had Toni Storm shook, delivering another strong match, this time against Mina Shirakawa. “The CEO” laid out the “Timeless” one in the middle of the ring, signaling that a title change feels imminent when these two Queens clash at “All In.” But, was Toni just playing possum this week? The ROWP fam breaks down why Mercedes’ momentum and Toni’s unraveling confidence make this collision must-see.

In the AEW World Title scene, the stakes just got higher. Adam Page and Jon Moxley’s upcoming match for the World Heavyweight Title will now be a Texas Death Match. “Hangman” showed he’s willing to go to hell and back, proving he’ll do whatever it takes to brutalize Mox and leave as champion. Our team explains why Page’s mix of simmering rage and ring craft might give Mox all he can handle in their highly anticipated showdown.

WWE Raw
Gunther is promising to bully Goldberg when they clash for the World Heavyweight Championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event. But the Ring General can’t sleep easy: Seth Rollins is threatening to cash in his Money in the Bank contract at any moment.

Seth, however, has problems of his own. Lots of problems. CM Punk always wants to beat him up, mind and a brand-new beef with LA Knight is adding fuel to the fire. Not to mention Sami Zayn, Penta and Jey Uso all have problems with Seth and his squad.  Our team sorts through these layers of rivalries as well as Bronson Reed’s and Bron Breakker’s roles as Rollin’s henchmen under the “Visionary’s” learning tree, ready to enforce his chaos.

Name Me King: The “Night of Champions” Recap and Review | Ep. 35
Night of Champions set the stage for explosive title chases and personal vendettas with two new crown holders being coronated.

Cody Rhodes and Jade Cargill reigned supreme in the King and Queen of the Ring finals. Jade’s victory skyrockets her into the top of the women’s main event scene, while Cody’s reassertion in the title hunt may have cost him a friend. “The American Nightmare” delivered a fantastic match against fellow finalist and former mentor Randy Orton, filled with high spots  and near falls. However, it was clear during the contest that “The Viper” was hearing those voices in his head again, hinting at a possible return to his more ways. The ROWP crew weighs in on whether a full heel turn is in Randy’s future and what Cody’s and Cargil’s victories means for Summer Slam now that two number-one contenders are in place.

A looming question now is whether John Cena can hold onto his championship long enough to make it to Summer Slam to defend it in a WrestleMania 41 rematch against Rhodes. Seth Rollins and his faction of Bron Breakker Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman continue to circle, waiting for the perfect moment to cash in the Money in the Bank contract. One thing is certain: after Rollins’ failed attempt cost CM Punk a victory in his title bout against Cena, the self-proclaimed “Best in the World” will be seeking swift and severe retribution.

Jacob Fatu is also out for revenge. Solo Sikoa called on the goons and they helped him pin him in the center of the ring to win the United States Championship. With J.C. Mateo at his side, plus Tonga Loa’s return and Tala Tonga’s making his long awaited debut to back up Solo, “The Samoan Werewolf” will have his hands full as he looks to reclaim his coveted strap and reestablish his dominance on SmackDown.

Da Bomb – Friday Night SmackDown Recap & Review | Ep. 33
Heel John Cena has fully arrived, ladies and gents. The fuse has been lit, and the countdown to Night of Champions is on fire as “The Greatest of All Time” goes head-to-head with “The Best in the World,” CM Punk.

This past Friday, Cena took aim directly at Punk’s legacy, revisiting the iconic “Pipe Bomb” promo from June 27, 2011. But this wasn’t nostalgia—this was war. The WWE Universal Champion delivered a venom-laced promo that shattered the fourth wall, blurred reality, and torched kayfabe. Live on air, Cena cursed, name-dropped, and pulled no punches, signaling that this feud isn’t just personal—it’s historical.

Elsewhere, the King and Queen of the Ring finals have half the participants.  Randy Orton and Asuka were both victorious, having sweltering matches with Sami Zayn and Alexa Bliss respectively.  We forecast who their opponents will be this week and who will ultimately take home the coveted crowns.

Also—Jacob Fatu vs. Solo Sikoa is officially on the books. After weeks of tension and a staredown that shook the arena, the Samoan monsters finally made it official with an in-ring face-to-face that fans have been begging for.

So much chaos, energy, and action to unpack—and we brought in a special guest: Gat$ to join us and dissect it all.

Guess Who’s Back: The Monday Night Raw Recap and Review | Ep. 32
Goldberg made a surprise appearance on Raw. He wants gold and revenge in his hometown of Atlanta, GA.

As World Heavyweight Champion Gunther has kickstarted another potentially dominant reign, the question looms—should his first title defense be against a top contender from the active roster, or was it the right decision to book him against on the July Saturday’s Night Main Event from ATL against Goldberg in what could be the Hall of Famer’s final match?

Our crew’s various opinions are  split. Some believe a rising superstar or consistent main-eventer deserves the spotlight, a chance to test their mettle against a the Goliath Gunther. Others feel giving Goldberg a retirement match on prime time TV—especially for the title—would be the ultimate passing of the torch and a worthy sendoff to a legend.

And that’s just one of many debates lighting up our group’s chat this weekend.
With the King and Queen of the Ring semifinals set, tempers flared again over who should advance. • Sami Zayn vs. Randy Orton • Jey Uso vs. Cody Rhodes • Roxanne Perez vs. Jade Cargill • Asuka vs. Alexa Bliss

The only thing we’re in full agreement on? Sending love and well wishes to Liv Morgan, who suffered a dislocated shoulder during a freak accident on Monday Night Raw. Speedy recovery, Liv—get well soon.

Many Men: Friday Night SmackDown & AEW Dynamite Recap | Ep. 31
every major name on the SmackDown roster had something to say to The Champ, with Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, LA Knight, CM Punk, and Ron “The Truth” Killings all stepping to him. But it was Killings who made the loudest statement, ambushing Cena not once—but twice—throughout the night.

Our crew dives into the big question: who should be the one to dethrone Cena? And is the looming Cena vs. Punk showdown at “Night Of Champions” starting to overshadow what’s becoming a hatred inflamed feud between Cena and Killings?

We also breakdown why the Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa segment was an huge disappointment.  In the wake of their months long teased falling out happened at Money In The Bank. We expected both superstar’s to face each in person at the very least.

And the frustrations don’t stop there. Jey Uso’s short title reign remains a point of contention—especially since he hasn’t been granted the traditional champion’s rematch, something usually locked into WWE contracts. What gives?

On the women’s side, we spotlight the big winners: Alexa Bliss and Jade Cargill, and what their victories mean moving forward.

Over on AEW Dynamite, the action was nonstop. We break down why Will Ospreay vs. Swerve Strickland stole the week as the must-see match. Some of us are also ready to crown The Young Bucks the best tag team in all of pro wrestling—period. Meanwhile, Toni Storm and Mercedes Moné continue to build toward their collision with unmatched storytelling and precision.

Blackout: A Crazy Week in WWE! “Money In The Bank,” “World’s Collide,” “Monday Night Raw” (June 9) Recaps and Reviews | Ep. 30
Title changes, face turns, surprise returns, and long-awaited victories — WWE turned the wrestling world on Tilt this past week, delivering one of the most unpredictable stretches in recent memory. From emotional moments to jaw-dropping swerves, fans were left breathless as WWE kept the gas pedal floored.

The biggest shocker came when Jey Uso dropped the World Heavyweight Championship to Gunther, ending his reign just as momentum seemed to be building. The Ring General capitalized on a Jey being involved in chaotic series of events, reestablishing himself as one of the company’s most dominant forces. But the aftermath of the match was just the beginning of an insane sequence of surprises.

R-Truth’s storyline “release” turned into a full-circle return, but not in the way fans expected. Truth came back at Money In The Bank, channeling his TNA-era Ron “The Truth” Killings persona, gaining a measure of retribution on John Cena. 48 hours later on Monday Night Raw, he delivered a fiery promo and and even cut his signature dreds live on air in a symbolic rebirth. It was part redemption, part reinvention — and completely unforgettable.

But WWE Creative wasn’t done in the kitchen cheffing up. In a massive character shift, Jacob Fatu officially turned face, costing Solo Sikoa the Men’s Money In The Bank briefcase and effectively cutting ties with the former Tribal Chief.

Meanwhile, Seth Rollins’ faction kept their grip on power, ensuring the Visionary secured the Men’s Money In The Bank briefcase, setting him up to reclaim major Gold. Rollins’ loyal circle — still tight-knit and lethal — showed that unity is their most dangerous weapon.

On the women’s side, Naomi finally had her moment, winning the Women’s Money In The Bank briefcase on her fifth attempt. It was a deeply emotional victory for one of WWE’s most enduring stars, signaling her reemergence as a major player in the women’s division.

And of course, none of this escaped the microscope of The Rap On Wrestling Podcast, where our crew dissected every twist and turn. From debating the long-term impact of Jacob Fatu’s face turn, to analyzing whether Jey Uso’s title loss was premature, to celebrating Naomi’s long-overdue win — we’re covering it all, including “World’s Collide.”

Did WWE make the right calls this week? We break it all down.
