Lee's Back! In the last episode Lee was on, (episode 4) she talked about her daily struggles with PTSD and Anxiety and the triggers that she deals with everyday. She talked about some of her exercises that she was doing to combat her struggles. Now that it's been about 6 months, she's back to update us on how things have been going.

This OMS turned out to get a little more personal than I thought it was going to be. I know I sound pretty jaded, I know it sounds like I don't like my family, which isn't true. I'm just not close to them. Mainly just my baby cousins are who I'm closest to. I love them. My friends that I've had for years have become my family. This OMS might have a part 2.

What's your end game? Do you know how you want to get there? Do you really know what you want to do in life? If you don't, it's ok, half of us don't know what we really want. That's a part of life that we go through; we're just trying to figure ourselves out. Part 2! Imagine having your dream within your grasp and then all of a sudden something happens and your dream slowly starts to fade away. That's exactly what happened to my boy, C. From finding his way back to music, to how things are nowadays, to finally sharing his story (he doesn't talk about it much) of how he and another buddy of mine almost had a song on a Lil Wayne album: Carter IV. Things happen for a reason though.

You know what's cool about college sometimes? Friends you meet in college if you're lucky become family. I've seen my dude Chris once in New Orleans a few years ago, but I haven't seen Chi since 2008. We all grow up and go our separate ways, that's a given, but like I said, if you're lucky enough, the friends you meet along the way will become family.

In this OMS, I discuss what a safe guy is and prepping for the last few weeks of the year. 2021 is looking to have a positive outlook, but I can't slow down now.

Before you start looking for a fwb, you must know the rules or else you could end up getting hurt. Also, it's cuffing season, make sure you know the difference between missing feelings and missing someone.

Journal entry - 11/2/20: Think I don't know what to think. Election day. Possible first purge. Civil way part 2. I might be in a happy place. Who knows?

Hitting 30 is like a milestone for some and for others it's more like a crossroad. Being in your 30s really puts things into a new perspective that you didn't have in your 20s. It's definitely a rollercoaster.
