For years, my self-talk was harsh and unforgiving. I’d say things like, “Stop being so stupid,” or “You’ll never get this right.” And the more I repeated those words, the more they ate away at my confidence and self-belief.


In this episode, I share how affirmations changed everything for me—not by pretending everything was perfect, but by choosing softer, kinder words that slowly reshaped how I saw myself.


I’ll talk about the very first affirmations I used (including the simple one that gave me permission to breathe again), why language matters so much, and how you can begin to use affirmations in a way that feels real, not forced.
