This week on The Quiet Life Michael speaks with Talitha Fosh @therapised, Psychotherapist specialising in addiction and eating disorders. In this episode we talk about addiction, we explore what addiction is and the causes and therapy approaches that can help.

Talitha (MBACP) is a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and has experience working with addiction, eating disorders and bereavement. Talitha trained integratively so she has experience working with different theories and types of therapy. Talitha understands the importance of challenging negative core beliefs that aren’t serving us and works with clients to help them make sense of their pain and angst.
