sophia is a forensic psychologist by training, a spoken word poet by choice, and an olive farmer for fun. She has always been fascinated in understanding the human mind and specialised on the topic of aggression prevention during her studies and prior work. She left her job in academic teaching to delve deeper into her passion for creative writing and performing as well as community-living. Now her work is especially informed by humanistic and holistic psychology as well as mindfulness and compassion practices. As she identifies as pansexual and polyamorous, much of her work also relates to aspects of queerness, sexuality, and love. sophia was born and raised in Germany but lived abroad in the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Australia and currently calls her ‘home’ to be Catalonia, Spain.
