Rose quartz is known to have a beautiful and gentle energy. It's associated with compassion. It's got a very kind energy. And so rose courts I'm going to do, like I did with the citrine. It's known for its associations with love but there are other ways this crystal shows its expansive healing properties.

It's associated with our heart chakra. Especially those pale pinks for our heart as well. So the rose quartz has an affinity for the heart on the mental, energetic, emotional, physical levels. Emotionally, if you're going through a hard time or if you need some support there and energetically it's wonderful.

It supports gratitude, and gratitude is the key to manifesting and it's the key to accepting and the key to receiving. If we're not grateful for what we already have, there is no space for more to come in. And when we practice gratitude,  we open up space for new stuff to come in. We invite change. We invite shift because we're practicing, being grateful for what already is, because we are surrounded by blessing.

As the stone of love, it also means more than just romantic love, as well as love and compassion for all people, for children.
