Hello Ladies! Welcome to this week's podcast, as we continue our crystal series with Clear Quartz.

An amplifying crystal, it embodies all of the light spectrum in an extremely balanced energy.  it's a really powerful stone to help balance your energies.

It has 3 energetic qualities. Clear quartz can amazingly produce electricity under high pressure.  These incredible energetic properties that we benefit from when we use them in our home can also help to make machinery and mechanics and different technologies work. It produces voltage when it's heated or cooled. And then the third one is a Crystal's ability to produce a light when it is struck. This is actually an internal, glowing and internal burst of light that is emitted, which science is yet to be able to explain.

It can balance the chakras to our emotions and our thoughts that can help balance the mind and help us gain clarity because we've gained that balance, which is super powerful. If you're working and stressed at the end of the day, or doing some kind of a really big project that takes a lot of mental efficiency, you want to have your clear quartz right there with you to help increase and amplify your own capacity for focus and clarity.
