Rod "Rocket" Campbell spent over 30 years as a Firefighter, and during that time achieved many things, with the shining light being successfully coordinating the Road Awareness Program (RAP) which was delivered to high school students all over South Australia. Fatalities and serious crashes in the 16-19 age category significantly decreased in the state through his work which was recognised in the form of the Australian Fire Service Medal (AFSM) awarded to him in 2015.
Since then, he has created the Learning Life Through Sport program; designed to challenge the social norms and inspire young people, along with their communities, to bring a new standard of behaviour and respect to sport and life. Rod's 3 key principles of the program are: Sportsman, respect, try your hardest. Pillars to live by in life and in sport!
If your business, local club or sporting organisation is interested in having Rod and his team along to present this unbelievable program, please head to his website here: Learning Life Through Sport
