Anger is the misunderstood arsonist teenager who roams inside each of us wreaking havoc and setting fires. This inner rebel is simultaneously the protector, the vigilante, the protestor, and Ultimate Fighting Champion. It's hot, impulsive, and feels so dangerous.
When anger is around, so is judgment. Of others, and especially ourselves. We think anger isn't spiritual. It's low vibe and means we haven't gotten very far on our journey. We're supposed to be better than this...
OK, but we're not doing it like that, Family.
If anything, our rage is a sacred and holy messenger. An ally. A burly partner with a lot of metaphorical weapons. It is righteous and beautiful and necessary and NORMAL.
