Family! Today's episode is SPECIAL!
I'm kicking off Season 2 with a bang! In this episode, I interview one of my dearest friends on all things modesty. We leave NOTHING out.
We talk openly about our own wrestle with modesty, how we overcame that, and what we have come to learn about our identities as Daughters of God as a result.
If you've ever wondered if it's your fault- as a woman- to have 'made' a man lust, or if Godly men even find modesty attractive, look NO further!
I pray that y'all will love this as much as I loved filming it.
Today we have a spicy topic… with chat of all things sex, marriage, and sexual impurity! If you’ve ever wondered what God thinks about your sexuality, look no further. In this episode, I go through how God directly tells us that we are to use our sexuality to honour Him. That means that sex is firmly and only for the boundaries of marriage. This can be difficult for our culture today. Join me as I grapple with it. You DO NOT want to miss this episode!
Bible verses I referenced:
‘For the wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. Likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.’ 1 Corinthians 7:4.
‘Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.’ 1 Corinthians 6:18.
“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.“ Matthew 5:27-29.
‘Stay away from every kind of evil.’ 1 Thessalonians 5:22.
‘God wants you to be holy and completely free from sexual immorality.’ 1 Thessalonians 4:3.

Here is a wonderful article detailing that despite popular belief, masturbation and pornography usage are not just male problems! They affect women too.

There is NEVER any shame in coming clean. Accountability is key to breaking this struggle. Be brave and open up to a Christian that you can trust who can keep you accountable. You are forgiven and cleansed in Jesus even if you have fallen. Repent and turn back to Him!
Hey my loves! Today I’m talking about a very relevant, or sadly irrelevant topic to many young people today- purity! Although it may seem ‘outdated’ by today’s standards, purity is a BEAUTIFUL thing that we have all to strive for, men and women alike. However, as women, guarding our purity is something that is SO important to our Heavenly Father’s Heart. This episode establishes the Biblical basis and foundation of ‘purity’, namely that which comes from God’s character. There are SO many different elements of purity, not just sexual purity (which is my next episode!) Yes, we are to be holy with our bodies, meaning no sex until marriage. However, purity is SO much more than that!
We have to be pure in body, mind, and soul. As God’s children, a Royal Priesthood, we are called to be holy as He is holy, just as He is just, and pure as He is pure. We won’t always get it perfect, and we will slip at times. But God knows a truly humble, and contrite heart. There is no room for condemnation with the Holy Spirit, just loving conviction. If you’re thinking, I’m already a Christian, I don’t need to act pure… Been there. Give God a chance and listen to how He tells us to live the lives that He has given us. Remember, YOU are chosen, honoured, and loved! ACT LIKE THAT TODAY!
Here are the Scriptures that I used in this video:
Titus 2:5- “To be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.”
James 3:17- “But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.”
1 John 3:3- "And everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself as he is pure.”
Habakkuk 1:13- “Your eyes are too pure to look on evil; you cannot tolerate wrongdoing. Why then do you tolerate the treacherous? Why are you silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves?”
Romans 6:1-2- “What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?”
Colossians 3:5-17- “Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. Because of these, the wrath of God is coming. You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived. But now you must also rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
1 John 1:9- “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”
Matthew 5:8- “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.”
Hi family! If you haven't watched part 1 of this episode, entitled 'spiritual warfare...', I'd really recommend you go back and listen! It lays the foundation for what we are talking about today. Spiritual warfare is something that we all go through, and is something that God equips and teaches us to battle. If you've ever wondered whether or not your mind is being attacked by the enemy (satan), this video could help you identify the tricks and tactics that he employs. The only way you can win a war is by knowing your opponent, and knowing how to fight. It's the same in the spiritual war that we fight all the time. We don't need to be afraid, as our Lord Jesus has triumphed over sin, death, and the enemy. But, we still need to deal with his enmity against us here. Watch this video to discover who your enemy is, and more importantly, who your Saviour is. This spiritual war is for the mind and soul of believer, and non-believer alike. This is why it is imperative that we know how to fight. We must allow our hands to be trained by God like a warrior's (Psalm 144:1), to know our authority that Jesus died for us to have (Luke 10:19), and WALK IN IT! You NEVER need to submit to another lie of satan's again. Declare war, today! Bible verses that I mentioned: 'For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.' (Ephesians 6:12). 'For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.' (2 Corinthians 10:3-5). 'Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.' (1 Peter 5:8). 'Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.' (James 4:7). 'The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.' (John 10:10). Books I'd recommend on spiritual warfare: The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis. Not against Flesh and Blood by Martyn Lloyd-Jones. The Spirit and the Church by John Owen. Winning the War in Your Mind: Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life by Craig Groeschel. If you feel like you are struggling with this, remember that you are not alone. Christians all over the world are facing the same battle, as Jesus Himself did. I'd encourage you to ask the Lord for a prayer/accountability partner, who you can be open with about your wins, sins, and struggles. God gave us each other to get through this war, don't isolate yourself. Prayer: Father I pray for the person reading this right now. I pray that you would protect their mind, break strongholds in their life, and equip and teach them that if in Christ, they are a victor over the enemy. I plead your blood Jesus over them, and this podcast in Jesus' name. Amen. As always my loves, you are LOVED, PRECIOUS, and HONOURED! Act like that today, and every day!
Hey family! I have missed y'all SO much, and am SO excited (as ever) to publish this episode. It is my prayer that the Lord will use this to loosen the chains of warfare in your life, and break strongholds in your mind by the power of His Holy Spirit.

Have you ever been hurt? Lied about? Thought that life couldn't get any worse? So did Joseph. Whether you are in the pit, or in the palace, there is hope. Today's episode explores the story of Joseph in the Bible, and how that relates to us today. If Joseph didn't have to go through the pit, he never would have reached the palace. It's the same for you, today. Everything, ESPECIALLY our suffering, is a process that we need to go through in order to be who God has called you to be. So, lean into the process, and become who God has made you to be!
Have you ever struggled with anxiety? Yes? Us, too. Have you ever felt guilty for struggling with anxiety? Yes? Us, too! In this episode we dive into the difficult topic of anxiety; both our experiences with it, and how the Christian world views it. We look at questions like: is it a sin for a Christian to struggle with anxiety? Or Does God look at me differently for being anxious? If you have ever struggled with anxiety, you are NOT alone. Join us for this episode, where two sisters sit down and discuss this topic candidly. You just might find your breakthrough.

Have you ever wondered who you are? How you fit in? Why God made you? If you were made with a purpose? If you are loved? Or maybe you 'know' that your identity should be in Christ, but you have no idea what that means. I discuss all of these questions and more in this episode, where I dive into some common misconceptions of our identity as young women in today's culture, and what God says our identity is. If you have ever felt unloved, unwanted, and not chosen; YOU ARE! God loves, wants, and chooses you. Give this a watch, and give God a try.
Hey love! In this episode, we'll be thinking about who God is to us. This is part one of a two-part series I'll be doing. Part one being, Who is God? Part two being, Who are you? To know our identity, we must know the identity of the One who created us. He is the foundation that we build our identity on. I discuss unhelpful characteristics we attribute to God, through unhealthy male relationships among other things; and who God actually is. I hope and pray that you love it!
Hey loves! I am SO excited to release Episode 2, entitled ‘The Prodigal Daughter? Me.’ Today’s episode will explain why ‘The Prodigal Daughter’ Podcast, looking specifically at the Parable of the Prodigal Son in Luke 15:11-32. I go into why I decided to start this, and why I’ve chosen to be vulnerable with things very close to my heart. I also share something very special to me! I felt in my heart that it is important to emphasize that just because people are in Church, or ‘look’ perfect to the outside world, it does not mean that they know, or love the Lord. While I do not encourage walking away from the Lord and having wayward years, it was the prodigal son whose heart came back to his Father. Not the son who had lived with his father for years, and ‘appeared’ to be a true son. This episode is an encouragement for all of us to regularly bring our heart posture to the Lord, and adjust accordingly. I hope you enjoy! Remember, you are precious, loved, and honored. Act like that today!
Hello, my loves! I am SO excited, this is officially my launch of The Prodigal Daughter Podcast! For my first episode, I have chosen to be vulnerable and share my testimony, the ups and the downs. This is MY story, so please be kind. I really pray that this will reach who it is supposed to, and that you will take this as your sign to come home to the Father. He loves you, and He doesn't count your past against you if you come back to Him. Stop running, and come home. Join Him on the adventure of your life!
Trigger warning: cancer, anxiety.
P.S., my mic cut out four minutes in, if you hear background noise it's coming from the camera mic. My apologies, I'm getting the hang of this! :)
Hello precious people! This is a trailer as to what to expect in this Podcast. I am so honoured that you are here, and I pray that you are blessed as you listen.
