Hey friends! We made it to Episode 10!!! This accomplishment alone deserves a whole celebration! It has been quite an exciting and interesting journey. A huge thank you to everyone that rocked with me from the beginning, joined along the way, and provided unconditional support for my vision. Words cannot even begin to describe how grateful I am for this experience. I know this is just the beginning of something great. I am looking forward to wrapping up this season and excited for what is to come in the future!

Last month, many of us celebrated National Mental Health Awareness Month. Though it is no longer May, I want to remind you that it is NEVER too late to begin taking steps towards caring for your mental health. You don’t have to wait until you’re in crisis mode before seeking support. In today’s episode, I'll share some valuable mental health resources that are available to you, as you embark on your own mental health journey.

Check out this week’s moving and powerful spoken word performance, Healing by Aniyah Smith on Youtube: https://youtu.be/roEgkJ8PoiQ

Hello 2021, Releasing What Does Not Serve Me

Hey friends! In this week's episode, I plan to share with you what I am looking forward to releasing in 2021. I have a fun affirmation exercise that will help you figure out what you want to release this year. Also, the time has come...I will be sharing my first poem - WOOHOO! Join me at the Poets' table!

**This week marks a year since we've been in this pandemic. Take a moment to reflect on it all. Who knew our worlds would change as drastically as they did? So many lives lost, and our hearts are still aching their presence. It's been difficult to find joy in a year full of so much grief. But hope gently reminds me that better days are coming our way. It's taken both strength and resilience to be here & it is what will continue to bring us through.**
