Recommend book Good to Great, by Jim Collins. Good is the enemy of great. Everyone gets a prize is a LIE. Competition will have winners and loosers. Loosing is an opportunity to get better just like winning is an opportunity to improve as well. Don't marginalize and your truth is not the only option that matters.
