âMy conscience is clear, but that doesnât prove Iâm right. It is the Lord himself who will examine me and decide. So donât make judgments about anyone ahead of timeâbefore the Lord returns. For he will bring our darkest secrets to light and will reveal our private motives. Then God will give to each one whatever praise is due.â

In a world where trends come and go, we must learn to discern what aligns with Godâs truth and what doesnât. As Galatians 6:7-8 reminds us, âGod cannot be mockedâ and âwe reap what we sowâ . Embracing this wisdom, we declare âNot every trend is trendyâ, let us stand firm in faith distinguishing between the fleeting fads and eternal truth.

âThen he asked them, âWhere is your faith?â The disciples were terrified and amazed. âWho is this man?â they asked each other. âWhen he gives a command, even the wind and waves obey him!ââ

The enemy uses condemnation to draw believers away from their secret place with God, exploiting past sins, guilt, and shame to make them feel worthless and ridicule their new life in Christ.
âSo now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.â

In this episode, we explore the concept of consecration - setting ourselves apart and separating ourselves from the world to fully commit and submit to God's work. Using the analogy of 'Take off the icing from the cake', we delve into how we, as believers, are the cake, and the world's influences and temptations are the icing. We discuss how to remove the icing, representing the world's grip on us, and rediscover our true identity and purpose in God. Join us as we journey towards a deeper level of consecration and surrender to God's plan for our lives.

In this episode, Ofa encourages us to cultivate a heart of gratitude and appreciation towards God. Despite His countless blessings and unwavering love, we often fail to acknowledge and thank Him. Just as we would feel hurt if we didn't receive appreciation or recognition from others, our Heavenly Father desires our gratitude and recognition.
As the Bible reminds us, "Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His mercy endures forever" (Psalm 107:1). Even when we can't see God working, thanksgiving paves the way for more blessings and opens our eyes to His goodness. Let's take a moment to reflect on God's faithfulness and express our heartfelt gratitude, acknowledging His presence and love in our lives.
