I’m very excited to share this unique episode with you. Today, I had the privilege of interviewing my personal therapist and clinical supervisor, Micha Lerner.

Micha's extensive experience includes lecturing at bond university, conducting research on psychedelic therapy, pursuing a PhD in psychedelic research, and working as a psychologist at a renowned drug and alcohol rehabilitation center.

In our conversation, Micha provided professional insights on a range of societal issues, including postpartum depression in men, abuse, addiction, and navigating childhood trauma as an adult.

We also discussed the importance of shadow work in modern clinical psychology, highlighting the power of the unconscious and hidden belief systems in human behaviour.
