Parenting does not come with a guidebook. We wish it did, and the stay–at-home-dads on this podcast will be the first to admit that they get it wrong most of the time. So if you’re looking for answers, we’re afraid you’ve come to the wrong place. But if you’re looking for authentic stories, fellow vulnerable dads, and parenting experiences (both the good and bad), then tap that play button now! Each episode features dads who are primary caregivers to their kids, having candid discussions filled with laughter, tears, and shared epiphanies, in hopes of helping one another navigate the challenge

Money talks & how to talk to our kids about money? – Finances and raising children, are they exclusive?

It was during one of our monthly physical meet ups at The Ordinary Dad where we realised that the topic of money was a valuable one!

Mark Zhou, a stay-at-home-dad of 3 years, shared about having to teach his daughter about how to use money wisely as she entered primary school.

In this episode, Mark and Josiah discuss what should be the heart behind finances when it comes to teaching children about money.

More importantly, how do we help our children learn the value of money, without making it our masters?

Host: Josiah Ng
