Salam,
We are back! Season 2 contains guests from my home-town. Enjoy stories from my community, I have known these guest a lot longer than season 1 guests. The intro/ outro is a bit more random than usual but felt like it was funny to share. If you know me then you would know bout the free-styling lol
Hey guys, thanks for tuning in to season one! This project means so much to me and knowing that the community has been interacting and liking the podcast has been making everything worth-while. Stay tuned for next season and dm the Instagram if there is anything you want us to discuss.
Hey guys! This is another AITA episode, let us know if you think they are in the wrong on instagram! The intro was recorded in the library. A place where we eat, sleep, talk, and get everything BUT work done. The outro is a recording of my sisters making me feel old because of their slang. Do people really say that stuff? Either way I hope you enjoy the episode!
Hello everyone! You guys are about to meet my twin, people think we look a like ( we do not see it ) but she's also my twin verbally. We bounce off each other so easily and our humor is toooo alike. As usual the intro /outros is a piece of myself I want to share. Staring with the intro, I was singing a Somali song that stuck in my head. This came from a video of Somali ladies making a traditional mat ( as explain on waaberi phone on social media). They state to say, "women who skillfully weave these mats coming together...also foster a sense of unity and shared experiences". The outro is a sung by caasha abdiraxman the song is called Cunaabi, check out [waaberi phone] for more.
Salam everyone! In this episode we discuss some topics from a Reddit story. We got kicked out the recording studio towards the end so that’s why it’s a short episode this week. As usual I have two new intro/outros. The first one being my friend and I being goofy. The outro is my friend teaching me Tigrinya, so I could surprise someone.
In this episode we continue the conversation from the last guests from episode three, we dive into our cultural backgrounds, hot takes, and everything in between.
Hello everyone,
I wanted to start this weeks episode with a joke from my sister, this was recorded about 2 years ago. I wanted to continue to share smalls gems from my family in the intro/outros just so you (the audience) can get to know me better. This weeks guests are from Somalia and Eritrea, tune into their perspectives on the topics we discuss.
Tune with the second episode, this is the last episode without guests for this season. Get to know the host a little more before we introduce some of the no name nomads.....
Salam everyone! Tune in with The No Name Nomad, on this podcast, hosted by @the.east.eats we have discussions with anonymous members of the community. We will share stories, advice, and overall new perspectives.
