In this episode with David Calavitta, the Director of Marketing and Communications at Life Teen International, we do not talk much about hummus. We do talk a lot about beauty and design in the Church and how it can be such a powerful tool for evangelization. David shared so much value in this episode, especially for those of us who work professionally in ministry.

This episode was amazing! Adam shared his testimony about being adopted and having a big conversion in adoration during high school when God told him in prayer that He loved him, He liked him, and Adam learned his true worth found in Christ. We also chatted about our work in ministry and our thoughts about what ministry will look like after COVID-19.

In this episode of #TheNickLongoShow (that was live-streamed here on my Facebook Page!), we had the most powerful moment on the show yet, when a live viewer/listener of the podcast asked for prayers because he had just recently tested positive for the coronavirus COVID-19.
Please join me in saying a prayer for Stephen 🙏
I also take some live phone calls on the show and talk about breaking out from our regular routines now that we all have to practice social distancing.
Thanks so much for listening to the show!
In this episode, I pop on with my wife, Christina Longo, to give you a quick update about my life and the upcoming podcast content. We talk about a recent video call that Christina had with the one and only, Dr. Scott Hahn, and how authentic and calming his voice is in real life, compared to listening to a talk or video of his online! I share briefly about my crazy busy work life getting my parish all ready to work from home and live-streaming Masses online, and I close out the show by reading some of your listener reviews of the show! Thank you so much for taking the time to rate and review the show!

For most people, evangelization efforts look like your standard parish mission, youth group, bible study, or even your regular Sunday Homily at Mass. That's not the case for Jon "Bearded" Blevins. Jon has gained a huge following for his evangelization ministry on Twitch - the live-stream gaming platform. Jon streams himself playing Fortnite regularly, and throughout his streams, he will pray with his viewers and share about his Catholic faith. Jon began this journey into live-streaming Fortnite for his evangelization efforts after being encouraged to try it out by his little brother who was already doing it himself. You might have heard of Jon's little brother - his name is Tyler - and he happens to be the most famous online video game streamer in the world - online he goes by the name Ninja.
Today in the podcast, I sit down with Jon and we talk about his journey in ministry and evangelization, how he learned from great leaders including his friend, Joel Stepanick, and all the things that he has been doing to innovate in Catholic ministry with his Twitch streaming, and more!
Thank you so much for listening!
