To fill in the blanks Iain created a documentary "Entrapment by Design" featuring his work on credit recovery, which led to his arrest in June 2023 by 13 police officers. He was interrogated for 13 hours by FCA officers but was not asked about the need for a financial services license. Iain explained that his organisation, a PMA, does not require licensing as it provides an admin service without guaranteed outcomes, including tax filings, which are not regulated by the FCA.He moved to Bali and then North Cyprus to avoid jurisdictional issues and potential imprisonment for contempt of court. In this conversation Iain shares his motivation for challenging the system, which evolved from a desire for revenge to a commitment to restoring integrity and transparency, particularly in the mortgage industry. Iain discusses his legal battle with the FCA, highlighting issues with the prosecution's legitimacy due to a non-existent prosecutor and lack of evidence against him. He explains how he invoked a court of record, which was prevented by security staff removing his attorney in fact. Despite these challenges, the FCA issued a sentence against the body corporate, claiming Iain spent 30% of frozen funds, an accusation he disputes. Iain noted that the Envoy Shield strategy worked, allowing him to pursue cases at the European Court of Human Rights and the International Criminal Court.Iain discussed his legal battles, including a libel case and a civil constraint order that prevented him from filing any cases in the UK judiciary system. He explained the structure of 3,000 individual trusts set up in the United States to recoup bank payments and mortgages for members, with 35 appointed trustees. Amy Sanger was appointed as the head of the trustee group in January 2025 and later created a US domestic trust, transferring nearly $700,000 from an Indonesian company to MTRXF Ministry Trust, of which Iain was the grantor.Amy Sanger had created a secret trust indenture in January 2025, making herself the grantor, responsible party, and trustee without Iain's knowledge, leading to significant financial complications. Despite Iain being the head honcho of the trust, Amy's actions resulted in the closure of bank accounts and access denial, leaving the organisation with no operational funds to pay contractors and overheads. Iain emphasised that Amy's refusal to cooperate and the subsequent actions of David Ayerist, who attempted to blackmail him for a share of recoupments, further exacerbated the situation. The saga continues but Iain insists good will win, and that members will get their recoupments. Donald is a gentle, kind, law abiding living man who has been treated worse than the most heinous criminals in the world. His crime? An ex wife and a free mason who conducted fraud against him. Their special relationships with certain people got the police acting unlawfully and the prison service acting like thugs and criminals. Donald is now in Grampian Prison which is not fit for rats, and has been tortured and assaulted multiple times by officers and inmates. This light of the North was recognised as a living woman in Newcastle County Court when she was there to stop Northumbrian Water putting a CCJ against her. Yvonne Watson is my new hero!!!She took it all on back in 2022,....... her water, gas and electric and her council tax. She's been in court at least 5 times this year. Now she has the respect of the judges in the court, and her love and light and willingness for respect at all times has allowed her protection in the dark murky corrupt world of administration courts. Yvonne has been asked to join Charlie Wards inner club and I reckon there will be a lot more besides to come for the amazing Yvonne. For now there is no way to contact her, I will update if that changes.

Victoria Rixon is the Uncensored Midwife and has been very vocal about the shit show that is the NHS and in particular how maternity wards are mismanaged and run on a shoe string jeopardising the lives of mums and new borns. In her 10 year stint she couldn't believe the strain put on midwives to perform for hours on end with no breaks. There was little camaraderie as there was no time to or opportunity to get to know anyone in any depth. And Victoria witnessed an evil energy within midwives to put themselves first and be happy to throw others under the bus. When Victoria finally had enough she told her seniors that she planned to tell all, deregistered from the NHS and through that has been threatened and taken to court which she is still defending now. Putting fluoride in the water was a cheap alternative to disposing on this toxic waste safely, and has nothing to do with keeping teeth healthy. Warren is the Joint Coordinator of the UK Freedom from Fluoride Alliance and the Coordinator of West Midlands Against Fluoridation. She has a 100% success record in opposing all attempts since 2004 to fluoridate a population.She has also made FOI requests to various government bodies regarding water fluoridation, including the Department of Health and Social Care and Public Health England.Joy has been involved in several public discussions and presentations about the dangers of water fluoridation, including a meeting with Durham County Council and an episode of the Merseyside Skeptics podcast where she discussed the potential dangers of fluoridation and her petition to ban it, which has over 35,000 signatures.She has been active in preventing new fluoridation schemes from being initiated in England and has contributed to the lack of new fluoridation programs since the late 1980s.There is currently a class action being raised to stop the Government mandating water companies to put fluroride in our drinking water.
