Hello, thanks for listening to this episode of the Neurodiverse and Nigeria Podcast. Today I discuss the correlation and causation between and ADHD and Success, I give examples of where I have been succeeding so far in my life and examples of those who are even more successful than myself.

Anytime I squeal, it is because I am doing my hair and it gets really painful. However, I do have a special guest on, huge thanks to @hairrbyammy on instagram who was able to multitask doing my hair and being a very cool, fun, and entertaining guest on the show, go show her some love on her instagram: https://instagram.com/hairrbyammy?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

The Neurodiverse and Nigerian Podcast
ADHD and Education.

Welcome to episode 3 of the Neurodiverse and Nigerian Podcast. I hope you really do enjoy this episode and subscribe to it if you do enjoy it.

In today's episode I discuss about how, retrospectively, my ADHD affected my education, in particular my High School (Secondary School) years and the my particular struggles within those grades, I addressed a few accommodations that could have been made and things that would be particularly helpful to teachers who they suspect their students may have ADHD.

I then spoke about how it affected me in my college/University, law school and post graduate studies and things I had to put in place to ensure I succeed within those settings.

I then phoned a few of my friends and had a quick conversation with them asking them to introduce themselves, where we met and give an instance or recurring instances of how and when they experienced my ADHD in all its glory.

Finally this is the GoFundMe page I was referring to if you choose to donate: https://www.gofundme.com/f/bens-recovery-journey?utm_campaign=p_cp+share-sheet&utm_medium=copy_link_all&utm_source=customer

The Neurodiverse and Nigerian Podcast
ADHD in Pop Culture; ADHD Superpowers and Realistic ADHD Hacks

Heya

Welcome back to the long awaited episode 2 of the Neurodiverse and Nigerian Podcast. In today's episode we discuss a couple things that I think you would find interesting as I certainly found recording this episode interesting. Feedback on the prior episode has bee really interesting and insightful and has helped in the making of this one, as such feedback would be helpful to make the next episode better.

In today's episode I talk about how and when ADHD has been portrayed in pop culture through movies and TV shows.

I then discussed a lot of what I would classify as ADHD Superpowers, particular giftings and talents that arise due to having ADHD and how they could be of use to you so you don't see your variant brain as a weakness or hinderance to you.

I then gave realistic hacks and tidbits that I find really helpful in order to succeed with your ADHD, particularly the ones I have found to be useful.
