I think this one is pretty self explanatory folks - especially in light of everything going on. In this episode of The Neurodivergent Polyamorist Podcast, Becca and I take a minute to open up about how we're feeling about events in our lives and the world in general, what we're doing to self care, and how important it is to look after ourselves. After all - any horrendous event (or series of events) in life is a marathon, not a sprint, and sometimes the most powerful act possible for any of us is simply to survive and build community with each other. We here at The Neurodivergent Polyamorist have said it before, and we'll say it again - it's okay to not be okay. And this community we've built will always be a safe space. We promise. <3
