I really had to give a shoutout to my favorite HBCU and that is Jackson State University! I graduated from there in 2008 and this week is their Homecoming week!

Today on Freestyle Friday I discussed toxic relationships and how to move on. I shared 2 real life situations on the how and hope you all can learn something from the advice that I gave.

YOU deserve to be happy and in a healthy relationship. Do NOT let anyone take that away from you.
