ANDRE MORGAN is a globe-trotting film and television producer. Fluent in Mandarin, Andre was CEO of Golden Harvest in Hong Kong, working with Raymond Chow to expand it into one of the largest film businesses in Asia, launching the international careers of Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, director John Woo, and others. Later, Andre partnered with GODFATHER producer Albert S. Ruddy to produce over 40 movies and 400 TV hours, including Best Picture Oscar MILLION DOLLAR BABY, CANNONBALL RUN, MARTIAL LAW and WALKER: TEXAS RANGER.

KAITLYN YANG is founder and Visual Effects Supervisor at Alpha Studios. She has over 70 visual effects credits, including “The Walking Dead,” “Grey's Anatomy,” and “American Born Chinese”. Kaitlyn is also a co-founder of 1IN4, a coalition for increasing employment and authentic representation of disabled people on screens. She was honored as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 in Entertainment, one of Variety’s 10 Artisans to Watch, and received the 2023 USC Alumni Association’s Young Alumni Merit Award.

GRADY MILLER is Chief Marketing Officer of NRG, National Research Group, after serving as head of consumer insights for Apple TV+ where he established and
built the group responsible for leveraging consumer insights across the streaming subscription service. Previously, he was VP of strategy at NRG after working in production at Sony Pictures Entertainment and at research agency Penn Schoen Berland. Also, he has served on the board of Los Angeles World Affairs Council and the American Jewish World Service.

Earlier, he held senior positions at Salomon Bros. and Lehman Brothers before becoming president of Largo Entertainment, with hits including POINT BREAK and MALCOLM X. LLOYD KAUFMAN is president of independent producer-distributor Troma Entertainment, a cult-movie icon, co-founded with Michael Herz. They’ve distributed over 1,000 titles including early work of Hayao Miyazaki and South Park’s Matt Stone and Trey Parker. When Lloyd and Michael co-directed The Toxic Avenger, its success spawned two sequels and Toxie became Troma’s mascot. Lloyd, a Yale graduate, has produced over 150 titles, directing nearly 60. He’s authored books including “Make Your Own Damn Movie” and is the consummate showman in marketing the Troma brand.

DAVID A. GROSS is the creator of FranchiseRe, the free weekly box office newsletter that arrives in your in-box at 2am Pacific Sundays. He built a proprietary database covering box office performance of over 3,700 wide-release movies since 1997 and began sharing his thoughts with a few colleagues, friends, and press, based on 35 years of experience in the theatrical movie business. They liked the independent and objective approach, and FranchiseRe was launched in 2022.
