With this being our last pre-recorded show we had a special guest call in and talk some Hoops since it was the night of the draft lottery. Mandii B of @fullcourtpumps (twitter) and Fullcourtpumps.com joined us on the hotline. We talk with Mandii about the draft lottery as well as other numerous Basketball topics. From their we moved onto the NHL with the first game of the Stanley Cup Finals between the Devils and the Kings. We also talked about Gary Bettman's "state of the NHL" press conference. We then moved on to baseball where we got into a lengthy discussion on what the Mets are 2 months into the season. We then of course talked about the Yankees and their line up issues. We closed out the show with revealing some of the details about us going live on Monday.... The Power Play Show would like to wish all of those People that Have served, currently served or have died in the armed forces of the USA a very Happy Memorial Day we would not have our freedoms without and YOU! We started off the show by welcoming Howard's Father Mark as a in studio guest. We then got into the Rangers and Devils thrilling series which came to an end on Friday. From their we went on to give our predictions for the Cup finals which should be a great series. From their we touched on Basketball with the WCF game 1 being played last night. We also gave our predictions for the ECF. We then moved onto Baseball with Anthony criticizing Mets fans for not being real fans. We then got into the Yankee situation and Papa Forest gave us some good memories of the old Yankee Stadium. To finish off the show Anthony then gave James and Howard a little trivia questions. We started this show with baseball and the Yanks finally getting a win. We then touched on the Mets and their series win over the prates. We also touched on the other teams around the league. From their we finally got into Hockey and the Rangers Devils series, as well as the kings finishing the coyotes. We then got into the NBA and talked all about the playoff series still going on. We also touched on the Mike Woodson potential for a contract extension. We also talked about the sham of Tyson Chandler not being on the nba all defensive team. We then talked a little NFL.
