This week, we’re focusing on understanding what self-compassion really means for medical professionals like you.


This Week’s Focus: What is Self-Compassion?


Your Task: Watch our introductory workshop and do the How Would I treat a Friend meditation.


Also fill in Kristin Neffs questionnaire to see how self compassionate you are , and whether this changes of the four weeks of the challenge.


Reflect: In your journal how you talk differently to yourself than you would to a friend and consider how self-compassion can be a tool in handling the unique stresses of your medical career.Remember, as a caregiver, nurturing your own well-being is as crucial as caring for your patients.
