3 Ways I Held On When My Life Fell Apart

Are you feeling overwhelmed, lost, or like the darkness won’t lift? You are not alone — and this episode is for you.

Today I share three powerful truths that have helped me find hope again during my darkest days — especially when chronic pain, grief, and spiritual doubt made me feel like God had abandoned me.

In this deeply personal episode, I open up about:

🌿 Growing up as a missionary child and experiencing the closeness of God as a teen in India 💔 The raw emotions of feeling forsaken during chronic illness and intense physical pain 🙏 And the moment I had to lay it all down — and trust again

Here are the 3 Steps to Find Hope in Dark Days:

1️⃣ Give it all to Him – Cast your cares on God (1 Peter 5:7). He can carry the weight you’re holding.

2️⃣ Draw near and receive His rest – (Matthew 11:28) He is the Good Shepherd who brings peace to your soul.

3️⃣ Practice gratitude – Gratitude shifts your focus from the struggle to the beauty. The heavens declare His glory — even in the sunset, the stillness, the simple moments, He is there.

I close with a powerful blessing from Numbers 6:24–26: “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you...”
