B is back, and she brought a blast from the past for this special episode, CLAW! We talk her run for Congress, being a pageant manager, trolls online, Beyonce, and find out why we argue about Dr. Strange. The marvel universe always seems to make an appearance.
Sit back, and enjoy some good ol' fashion sister arguments!
Join Bell as she interviews the one and only Chris Evans on his recent peoples magazine Sexiest Person of The Year Award, and we think everyone can agree this was the right choice. We dive into Texas Elections, body trends should never be a thing, and you need to advocate for yourself at work/in business.
& okay may I didn't interview Chris Evans for real but People Magazine did! But this is the closest I'll probably get.
Join B as she spills the tea on what happened at the Lizzo concert, why are they trying to cancel Taylor Swift, and how can we take time out for ourselves but for free. The holidays are coming and we are going to need some VERY friendly budget ideas.
Join Bell with special guest Adam (her husband) as we talk what is accidental cheating, is it even a thing? Have you been smacked by the chancla, and how Bell had a sex toy discovered by her mom. Plus a little of this and that and OH YEAH OU SUCKS!
Join Bell for a LATE but interesting turn of an episode Emotional Dumping. We all vent to our friends, family, co-workers BUT a lot of the time we don't check in to see if they can handle our load (no pun intended). When is the right time? How do you actively listen, and how do you let the listener know what you need from them.
Join Bell for a special episode as she interviews The Tejana Teacher from the Valley, Roberta Zamilpa. We discuss Cultural Hybrid and Decolonizing Education Through Literature, don't worry I ask her to break it down for us, from all things Selena, Bad Bunny, Lizzo, and what question almost made her back out of the podcast! I also bring you some Hollywood drama from the movie Don't Worry Darling AND do you flip your tortilla with your hand? Find this interview on YouTube and be sure to subscribe there for all future podcast interviews and episodes to see all the fun stuff that you only hear about on here!

Join Bell as she gives it to you short and sweet with a new segment Ask A Latina before it drops on Youtube! Get a quick glimpse into season 6 that starts September 7th, and be on the look-out for a national commercial starring your favorite Latina.
Bell gets into the anniversary, Latina Day in Austin Texas, upcoming guests, finally reveals the national commercial information, Andrew Taint is finally being taken down the socials and we know men can be predators but are the ones who stay quiet complicit???
This and more TODAY!
Bell is back at it, on time surprisingly, to discuss who TF is Andrew Tate. The lower than dirt man (man used quaintly) is taking over TikTok and other social media platforms spewing his hate of women, and teaching boys as young as 13 years old to treat women as property. Andrew Tate is accused of sex trafficking, and countless rapes yet social media has not taken him down even though many reports have been made. Why? Because social media platforms such as tiktok thrive and the revenue and profits videos like this brings in. God forbid a gorgeous plus size queen tries on a bikini and their account is banned. She dives into how manifesting may seem easy but is it truly difficult to connect with the divine because us color folks are not easy to let our guard down and be vulnerable, plus it is Mental Health Month so it needs to be said..."It is hard out here for a pimp".
In this short but impactful episode, Bell discusses how grief is kinda of taboo in the Latin culture, from men told not to cry, to women being told to be strong, from work only allowing a few days to be off of work, and needing to function like something life changing didn't just happen to you. From death, to job loss, a break up, or even selling a car people can grieve over the loss of anything, and you know what? That is okay. Making sure you have a helpful community of healthy habits, friends or family, or even a paid professional you can get through it.
