Lupus and its friends do not discriminate. We will cover other illnesses including Depression, Alopecia and also other autoimmune diseases as many can appear in someone who has Lupus. How do we cope? What types of foods to avoid and what foods can help? How does exercise benefit us and what kinds of exercise should we do? So please subscribe and leave a review as it would be really helpful.
