Welcome back to another episode! Today we have a conversation with Hunter Pauley, a registered dietician, competitive natural bodybuilder, and all around sick guy. We discuss in depth what to do post contest prep when it comes to recovery and how to deal with body dysmorphia. We use our own experience as well as the current research and what we have seen to mold our opinions of when the reverse diet and recovery diet is more applicable. We end on a conversation about music choice while lifting, and talk a little bit about how it can affect our performance.
