Joe O'Rourke (aka Bunchu), Co-Founder of Forum 3 and DGen Network – Starbucks Odyssey, Experiential Loyalty, Content Creation as A Way of Learning and More | Martin Hyu Show Ep.29
My guest today is Joe O’Rourke (aka Bunchu). He’s the co-founder of DGen Network and host of The Mint Condition: a podcast that reviews the latest trends in NFTs, Crypto and Collectibles.
In 2022, he co-founded Forum3, an experiential loyalty platform, who partnered with Starbucks to effectively build Starbucks Odyssey, an extension of their Rewards program powered by web3. In today’s episode, we talk about customer and brand loyalty. We obviously dive into everything that’s being built with Starbucks Odyssey (which is currently in Beta), their vision, what we can expect, but we also touch upon broader topics such as content creation, marketing in the space as well as the mindset needed to network and bring forth new opportunities for yourself.
I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it. If you can take an extra 10 to 30 seconds to share your thoughts and review the podcast, it would mean the world to me :) If you like what you hear, hit that follow button!
