I have seen many people on YouTube put long intro videos before they start their actual content.
This is a poor strategy!!
It kills your audience retention. As it will take your audience's attention away from your video. I bet you don't want that.
This shocking study that I am going to share in this episode will show you why it is not good to place a long intro template in the first, middle, or at any part of the video.
Today we will go through a recent feature introduced by YouTube, i.e., hashtags. Hashtags are searchable tags that help over content to get discovered on social media platforms.
Let us see what are hashtags, how to add them, what are its benefits, and whether you should add hashtags or not?
Most probably you may have come across hashtags on Instagram. On YouTube also it works the same way, except the fact that reach will be less on YouTube.

YouTube provides you with the best time to post in their analytics section.
Go to Youtube Studio >> Analytics >> Audience >> When your viewers are on Youtube
You will find a chart there. That will show you when your viewers are most active on youtube. But you have to post some videos to see this section in your analytics.
So what to do if you are starting out? Just do some research on when your competitors are posting or you could post at night 8-10 pm or 2-5 pm in the afternoon. This is the time when most of the viewers are active on youtube in India
Hope you found this quick tip helpful.
